When I saw this phrase in my journal early this morning I thought I had really nothing to laugh about because it was 5am ... how is THAT funny?  But as I rolled over onto my belly, I put my face into the pillow and recalled the evening before and KNEW that if anyone had seen me ... they would be laughing .. and that made me begin my day laughing.

Last night I was with 11 other women ... at JoAnn's Fabric Store ... by the Mall ... making a quilt ... for those who know me ... ALL those statement should make YOU laugh!  One, I am in a women's circle ... Two, I am at a FABRIC store, Three I am by the Mall, and Four, I am MAKING A QUILT ... I continued to laugh in my pillow wondering how all my friends would be wishing for last evenings photos to post on facebook!

Next, I began teaching my 6am class and as I sat against the wall yelling out commands, I notice one of the over 6' guys beginning to do his ab work on the BOSU and as we make eye contact, I noticed he was sitting a bit too high on the BOSU ... and if you have ever sat too high on a BOSU and tried to do curl ups ... let's just say gravity takes over ... and we both realized that this slow motion backward ab curl would not have a graceful ending ... yes, he ended up like a flipped turtle ... and he, his team mate, and I were rolling on the floor laughing!

The personalties walking through my studio door today were filled with laughter, story telling, quick wit, and much more.  Today I am laughing ... noticing the more I laugh ... the more laughing appears around me ... a laughing day.   I am blessed ... I am truly blessed ... thank You for giving me the day of laughing ... I appreciate You for giving me a day to laugh.
