Pilates Allegro Reformer

Transform the body and strengthen the core using the Pilates Allegro Reformer, Tower of Power, and Jump Board equipment. Pilates Reformer classes provide a safe, effective workout through resistance training.
Class is 55 minutes and limited to six students with advanced registration.
