YogaOne:  An "all levels" yoga class designed to refine your current asana practice and teach the fundamental elements of yoga through seated, standing, balancing, and inversion poses.  Learn therapeutic yoga techniques for shoulders, back, and neck.  YogaOne is a 60 minute class which includes a 10-15 minute relaxation series.  Classes are ongoing and all props are provided by the Yoga Pilates Center.  Begin your yoga practice today!

GentleYoga:  Supported in different yoga poses, both active and restorative, GentleYoga brings balance and clarity to the body and mind.  Ideal for active seniors and students who prefer to move at a relaxed pace.  Chairs, bolsters, and props are available for students.  60 minute class

CoreYoga:  Purify, revitalize, and energize the body with 60 minute CoreYoga vinyasa series.  A flow-style of dynamic, powerful, hot yoga with emphasis on core, balance, and strength.  The yoga room is heated to 75-80 degrees to create maximum heat building CoreYoga flow!

YogaFlexibility:  Increase joint range of motion, relieve tension in the low back, hamstrings, neck/shoulders, and promote healthier muscles in our flexibility class.  Focus upon breathwork, acupressure techniques, mobility of the pelvis, and alignment issues.  45 minute class. (60 minute class on Saturdays)

RestorativeYoga:  Relax, renew, and rejuvenate both the physical and mental body with conscious breathing and supported yoga poses.  Allow your body to restore health to the internal organs, ease tension to the deep muscles, and de-stress the mind.  60 minute class
