Gretchen received her certification from the Idaho School of Massage Therapy in 1991 and continues to enhance her education through specialty workshops and massage training programs. Gretchen attended Apollo College in 2005 and graduated with an additional 770 hours of practice and education in several different massage modalities, including Swedish, Hot Stone, Pregnancy, and Myofascial release.  She also provides Deep Tissue, Sports, and Neuromuscular massages for athletes, physical therapy patients, and clients seeking stronger massage techniques.
